Ingredients A
6 egg yolks
pandan leaves
1 cup of self raising flour
santan ( 1 biji kelapa)
3 spoonful of cooking oil
1/2 teaspoon of soda bicarbonate
Ingredients B
6 egg whites
1/2 cup of sugars
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
a little bit of salt
Directions
1. Pound the pandan leaves and mix wif santan to give green color. Then filter out the pandan leaves.
2. Mix all the Ingredients A and stir until well mixed.
3. Beat Ingrediants B until stiff.
4. Next mix Ingrediants A and Ingrediants B until well mixed.
5. Pour into mould and bake for 45 minutes.
